Why do people wear gemstones?

Other than wearing them for their beautiful aesthetics & a fashion accessory trend, Gemstone jewelry & malas are worn by most people because it is believed that gemstones have some of the strongest frequencies in the Universe, and are worn for their healing qualities. Each stone is believed to radiate its own unique energy and positive vibes.

What is Amazonite?

According to Geology.comAmazonite, or Amazon stone, is a trade name given to a light green, bright green, or blue-green variety of microcline feldspar. Most specimens are translucent. Because there are very few blue or green gemstones, Amazonite’s color attracts almost immediate popularity.

Amazonite (blue) is called the Stone of hope. This gemstone is  said to be a stone of open mindedness. Amazonite is also reflective of the bold and powerful women of the ancient Amazon tribe.
