Gratitude is definitely a buzz word these days.  If you want to know what all the fuss is about, why not try it out?  Start simple, because you and I both know that your to do list is pretty full.  Take a minute in the morning, I know you can, to physically write down at least 2 things that you are truly grateful for.  Try it every morning. If morning doesn't work for you, try at night in bed.
